Proposed ban on engineered stone

12th January 2024

The various State Governments agreed on 13 December 2023 to ban the installation of engineered stone, with the majority of Australian States agreeing to introduce the ban from 1 July 2024. It is likely that engineered stone products displayed in our display homes and represented in our marketing will not be available for inclusion in your home.

We are working on selecting alternatives to engineered stone with our suppliers and will be making an announcement as soon as we have clarity on the new legislation.
